HISTORY

• The Savali Newspaper was established by the German Administration of Samoa in 1906, it is the oldest periodical publication in Samoa.
• Today, the Savali produces a weekly bi-lingual newspaper and the monthly Samoan issue that publishes information from the Lands and Titles Court.

ROLES AND FUNCTIONS:

• To inform the general public on Government news and policies, social, economic and political issues; Land and Titles Court decisions and other oficial matters and to create awareness of how the quality of life of all Samoan citizens can be improved.
