1 Where do I find the Ministry of the Prime Minister and Cabinet?


The Ministry of the Prime Minister is physically located at the Government building at Eleele Fou Apia.

  • Level 1 – Samoa Immigration Division & ICT Division
  • Level 4 – Corporate Services Division, Policy Implementation and Monitoring Unit, Communications & Press
  • Level 5 – Prime Minister’s Support Office, Office of the CEO, Cabinet Secretariat
  • Top Floor – Transnational Crime Unit

2 What are the office opening hours?

All Divisions are open to the public from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except for the Samoa Immigration which is open to the public from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and Immigration staffs are also present at Faleolo International Airport 24hours a day including weekends.

8 What are the entry requirements for visitors to Samoa?

A complete description of the entry requirements are found here www.samoaimmigration.gov.ws, however the most important requirements are:

  • a passport valid for at least six(6) months after the intended date of departure from Samoa
  • a return or onward ticket; and
  • valid visa or permit for entry into the country to which you will travel from Samoa
