  1. Where do I find the Ministry of the Prime Minister and Cabinet?
          ANS: The Ministry of the Prime Minister is physically located at the Government building at Eleele Fou Apia.

    • Level 1 - Facility Management Unit and Press Secretariat Office.
    • Level 2 - Savali News Paper
    • Level 3 - Corporate Services, Policy Implementation and Monitoring Unit
    • Level 5 - Office of the Prime Minister, Office of the CEO, Cabinet Secretariat
    • Top Floor - Transnational Crime Unit
    • Samoa Immigration's main office is located at Lober Building at Savalalo, Apia.

  2. What are the office openning hours?
          ANS: All Divisions are open to the public from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except for the Samoa Immigration which is open to the public from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and Immigration staffs are also present at Faleolo International Airport 24hours a day including weekends
  3. Who are the Ministers responsible for the Ministry?
          ANS: The Prime Minister - Tuilaepa Lupesoliai Sailele Malielegaoi, and Associate Minister Pule Lameko.

  9. What are the entry requirements for visitors to Samoa?
          ANS: A complete description of the entry requirements are found here www.samoaimmigration.gov.ws, however the most important requirements are:

    • a passport valid for at least six(6) months after the intended date of departure from Samoa
    • a return or onward ticket; and
    • valid visa or permit for entry into the country to which you will travel from Samoa
